FEMEVAL (Valencian Employer’s Federation of the Metal Sector)

Objectives:

The objective was to create an intranet that could give support to the different departments and their transverse processes, especially with regard to knowledge management.

Tasks:

• Design departmental templates with all the components of collaboration and knowledge management, differentiated by colors and themes.
• Standardize several communication and collaboration processes.

Results:

• An easy-to-adopt mode for all departments.
• Several automated processes that bring greater productivity.
